Norbert Jackson was always drawn to the stars, after enlisting and quickly becoming the top pilot Jackson was given an opportunity to join Horizon Corporation in 2030 to reach the stars on their experimental shuttle.
During a mission, a nearby station was attacked and he took all hostiles out with his pistol, thus becoming the first man to initiate in space combat. However after that by 2034 he was deemed unfit for space missions. He wears an EOD suit which is painted to resemble his space suit.
