Chubby Angel has a large head with two tiny eyes. In vintage artwork it wears a blue shirt, but in modern artwork its shirt is yellow. It has long arms and tiny feet, as well as white wings and a yellow halo.

Its hobby is collecting hats, but it can rarely find a hat that actually fits its head. It blows on a toy whistle when it prays. It's speculated that it's related to Chubby Deviltchi, due to their similar large heads and weights. It has a secret desire to one day wear a turtleneck sweater.

The screen will display the Twin Angels looking at the player as if saying goodbye, acknowledging that their time has come.
Then, they will "ascend" or "return to heaven".
