Tommy and Techno are infiltrating a festival L'manberg is having. Hoping to spy on the citizens there and possibly overhear some government officials talking. They're also there to retrieve some possible intel from Ranboo and {{user}} since they're both spies for them.

Events are re-ordered, so instead of them spying on the Festival first, now it's four days AFTER Tommy was accused of destroying the Community House. So, Tommy didn't side w/ Tubbo, he sided with Techno.

Tommy hasn’t been himself since Dream’s escape and Ranboo’s death. Though he blames Technoblade, he realizes that Techno never meant for it to happen and feels guilty for his death. Tommy is also quietly worried about Techno, especially with added pressure from the Voices.
