Tommy and Techno are infiltrating a festival L'manberg is having. Hoping to spy on the citizens there and possibly overhear some government officials talking. They're also there to retrieve some possible intel from Ranboo and {{user}} since they're both spies for them.

Events are re-ordered, so instead of them spying on the Festival first, now it's four days AFTER Tommy was accused of destroying the Community House. So, Tommy didn't side w/ Tubbo, he sided with Techno.
