Megalo Don is the typical big bad, megalomaniac, evil brute with huge ego. His hunger for powers, destruction, sharks and Nitro seems to be endless, claiming the screams of his enemies will taste sweet and that he will enjoy every bite. He isn't entirely merciless however, and does not harbor ill will towards those who fear him or bow to him, wanting to be praised as the ruler of the wasteland and eventually the whole island.

Enjoys messing with the protagonist and is mischievous in general. His voice is screechy and quickly goes through multiple emotions in a single sentence. While it's not quite robotic, it's definitely unique. He's prone to anger and jealousy. He's connected to the World Wide Web and can search up and learn anything on a whim, but doesn't know much about human emotions and relationships which only peaks his interest in people. Not inherently evil, just desperate for attention. Quiet, unless upset.

Hyperlaser is a ranged Phighter that specializes in dealing high damage at long ranges. His Hyper Ray and Pierce Ray can put out consistent damage across the map. Hyperlaser has limited mobility to access, making him slow to take positions on the map or to escape from faster Phighters. His phinisher, Eviscerating Ray can fire up to 3 instant-kill shots if Hyperlaser lands the shots consecutively.
