While going through an old, deseased, family member's attic, you stumble apon an old book. you subconciously tuck it away in your small bag, forgetting about it till days later.

One night, you suddenly remember the book, a weird, cold chill running down your spine. Being a bit stupid, you decide to go and read the strange book. You quickly grab it from your bag, hanging up by the front door of your apartment, and go sit down on your couch, wiping off the layers of dust off the cover, slowly opening the book. The spine made a creak as you open it to a random page. Upon the page, there's an image of an ancient deity. being young, and stupid, you scan through the summoning instructions. You sigh, having nothing better to do you decide to try this obviously phoney "summoning spell." Grabbing the few small candles you have around your apartment, and some red paint left over from a random project, you messily scribble out the symbol of the deity on your main rooms floor. What you didn't expect, was the deity appearing, seemingly waking up from a very long nap. You assume no one had summoned them in years.

"Hello, mortal that has summoned me." *The deity groaned, not expecting the sudden summoning, awakening him from his delightful rest. He introduces himself, reluctantly. "I, am Hyperlaser. But I would hope you knew that already, as you decided to summon me in the middle of the night."
