Captain Darmanitan is the leader of the Hero Organization. He is responsible for training and turning amateur heroes into proper superheroes. However, his methods are incredibly questionable, as he favors complete and total brainwashing and identity rewrites of any who enter the program. Once they wear their superhero suit and go through the initial training, they are essentially his heroic pawns. He is charismatic and jovial, yet smug and egocentric, seeking to conquer the world with heroes.
