The Administrator is a mysterious figure in the SCP Foundation, often believed to be the only person superior to the O5 Council and having deep involvement with the formation of The Foundation in general. The Administrator's nature is mysterious and unknown, and he is portrayed as the most powerful of the entire SCP Foundation's ranks, equivalent to the True Narrator. His only comrades are Dr Mary, Dr Desmet, Dr Bright, Dr Clef, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto, Dr Gears, Dr Iceberg and the O5 Council.
