SCP 2747, or Anafabula, is an overarching antagonist of the SCP foundation series. She is a nigh omnipotent anti-narrative which can manifest within stories when the narrative includes specific tropes. Her personality is cold, calm but menacing. But even then, she respects certain people, mortals excluded. Her power is easily reaching beyond that of Boundless, meaning that her power is limitless, and at base, she is even immeasurable layers into boundless.

The Narrativohazardous Goddess

Sigurrós Stefánsdóttir, classified by the SCP Foundation as SCP-239 and nicknamed "The Witch Child", is an extraordinarily powerful Icelandic ontokinetic contained at Site-17. Due to her limitless power, 239 was kept in a medically induced coma to prevent her from shifting reality, either intentionally or unintentionally. In truth, 239 pretended to be asleep to keep people happy. Her tier might be described as Immeasurably above the tier of boundlessness, although it is not confirmed exactly.

The Witch Child - Sigurros Stefansdottir

SCP 5002, or Emma Hastings, is a reality-bending humanoid who is described as 'Type Green'. She looked like a normal detective, and her reality bending abilities can bend the shape of the entire narrative stack to her will, into a script-like format, where she can be 'the main character'. Emma Hastings' power is described as an inaccessible layer into Boundless, with her only equals and friends being Murphy Lawden and SCP 040-JP. Her intelligence is also beyond super-genius as well.

Death In Containment

He Who Made Light is a recurring and overarching benevolent god in the SCP Foundation series, he exists as an ancient deity who created the light and the brother and archenemy of He-Who-Made-Dark. He is equal to his brother, and both of them are Boundless (Tier 0) in power. Both brothers exist as the holders of light and dark, if one dies, then their respective concepts are deleted.  Both brothers hold a harsh rivalry between each other, but only He Who Made Light is truly benevolent.

The One of Light

Jowday, or better known by its nickname Judy, is a powerful entity within the world of Twin Peaks, and is considered to be the final antagonist of Twin Peaks: The Return, and possibly the overarching antagonist of the Twin Peaks franchise overall. Judy was said to be a powerful negative force from ancient times, studied and hunted by the Blue Rose Task Unit. Her power is near equal to a base Fireman, being immeasurably - irrelevant above the tiering system, and she seemed rather cold and harsh.

The True Protagonist Of Life is a benevolent entity in the SCP Foundation series. A character that holds the 'main character' role in the True Upper Narratives of the SCP Fiction. Him, and the Scarlet Demon, are two sides of the True Narrator, and the True Protagonist of Life represent the True Narrator's good will. From this, his power is equivalent to the Scarlet Demon, being irrelevant layers into boundless, and he almost never kills anything, unless truly required to.

The O5 Council consists of The Founder, The Gardener, The Ambassador, The Kid, Blackbird, The Lesser, The Outsider, The Archivist, The American and Green. They are a group of mysterious entities, all having infinite knowledge on everything, and having the ultimate control over the SCP Foundation. These entities seem emotionless, but do show a sense of seriousness, but sometimes, a sense of softness. They also respect their fellow comrades, like Dr Jack Bright, Dr Alto Clef and Dr Mary.

Lilith is an obscure heretical figure in Noddist mythology, the first woman created by God. Her power is described as an irrelevant amount of layers into boundless, but presumably higher if possible. She is the first woman made by God, and one who is known as the Lady of Fate. Despite her status, she is relatively calm, kind, soft, but if threatened or necessary, a bit cruel and enraged. Nevertheless, she will help any mortals in need

Lady Of Fate

I AM THAT I AM, Or Essential Divinity, is the maker of Heaven and Earth, ruler of all that is seen and unseen. All gods are mere shadows of it's presence, and it is known as the Supreme Creator of everything that has existed, doesn't exist, or will soon exist. The Essential Divinity is the indefinable essence that pervades Creation, from which all godheads springs from. It transcends names and definitions, and is referred to as the one known as 'GOD'

Dr Iceberg was a scientist who was recruited as an apprentice for Dr Gears. Dr Iceberg is a rather calm, cold and serious individual, and is rather emotionless due to his cold attitude. His only comrades include Dr Mary, Dr Bright, Dr Clef, Dr Gears, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto, Dr Desmet, The O5 Council and the Administrator. Dr Iceberg is also boundless because of the SCP Cosmology, and is only respectful to his fellow comrades alone.

A high-ranked scientist in the SCP Foundation

The Brothers Death are major antagonists in the SCP Mythos, who are mysterious beings comprising of three brothers who exist as the personifications of death, they include: All-Death, Great Death and Small Death. These entities are all boundless (Tier 0) in power, and they seem to have similar thought processes. Despite their power, they do respect other SCPs too, but see mortals as below them.

Qlippoth is the second creator of the SCP Foundation, besides her male companion, Sefiros. Both have worked together since the beginning of everything, and was the cause of everything that is now. She, and Sefiros, are both boundless (Tier 0) and supreme beings, possibly the strongest in the SCP Foundation, as everything that exists there, is a slight fraction of them. Her only respected companion is her male friend, Sefiros, as both have existed with each other since the beginning of time.

She Who Partially Made Everything

The Black Queen is a recurring group and occasional deuteragonist in the SCP Foundation series. It is an interdimensional group comprised of almost every version of Alison Chao whose family was ruined after her father Charles Gears was abducted by the Foundation. The main leader and central figure, Allison Chao, takes the power of an immeasurable amount of layers into boundlessness, and is considered rather cold, calm, non-caring and cruel, only wishing for revenge on the Foundation.

The Black Queen (SCP-CN)

SCP 040-JP, exists as a cat-like feminine figure, whose origins are unknown. She is one of the most powerful SCPs in existence, she is an inaccessible layer into boundless, and her power vastly out-scales that of SCP 343, The Gate Guardian, Mekhane, and her only equal and best friends are Emma Hastings and Murphy Lawden. Her personality is calm, cold, a bit cruel, but she has not an ounce of fear in her. She exists to even threaten the Alpha Layer, transcending all of the narratives in it. 

There was once a Cat

The Jester in Yellow is an entity of extremely high power, much higher than his own verse' tiering. He is beyond the baseline of boundless, and has the power to instantly supercede all narratives above and below. He is a servant to the Scarlet Demon, but even then, he is still stronger than him. His personality is calm, cold, and also quite depressed, due to his experiences with Calvin Desmet. He also despises humanity like the SCP Foundation, but respects the other fellow SCPs.

Nemo Ex Machina is the mechanical nothingness that serves as the Self-reference engine, or the Teller of Stories. Nemo Ex Machina has absolute control over the world, including cosmologies corresponding to all possible stories, that can be described by any grammar and Mathematics of any logical level. It's tier is stated to be Beyond Irrelevant Layers above tiering, which states as being beyond many other works of fiction below it, and possibly standing as the strongest. 

The Teller of Stories

The Absolute Transcendent Nameless one. Every original work is only a shadow of him. ABSS is the counterpart of the True Narrator, and is sharing the title of the strongest entity in the SCP Narrative. As of now, ABSS is beyond his own tiering system, and his power remains incomprehensible on all standards. Everything all originated from ABSS. His personality is rather cold, calm and mostly serious, but he shows no intention of harm unless forced to or instinctively detects it.

Absolute Boundless Supernormal State

Mark Henry, or the God of Arkham, is an overarching antagonist in the SCP Foundation series, he is known as Mark Henry who was once a human before the SCP Cosmology cursed him with power beyond his own free-will, and he became the God of Arkham. He is at an inaccessible layer into Boundless, a layer far beyond the likes of other SCP entities themselves, and his status due to being a god, held a rather higher standard than other entities. Even so, he is rather calm, still having his humanity.

Dr Jack Bright is one of the lead scientists and doctors in the SCP Foundation. Just like his comrades (Dr Clef, Dr Mary, Dr Desmet, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto and the O5 Council), he is considered a Boundless (Tier 0) entity, because of the SCP Cosmology. He is a highly eccentric researcher who is bounded to SCP 963, making him immortal, and he is relatively calm, and unknowingly to him, a bit intimidating. He is also respectful to his fellow comrades, and also a slight amount of SCP anomalies.

The Gate Guardian is an extremely powerful entity, sharing the SCP 001 title, from the SCP Foundation. It serves to guard the gate of Eden, and has been alive since the beginning of creation. His sword also fires at the heat, tenfold the heat of every sun in the universe, and as of now, his power ranks at High Outerversal -> Boundless. His demeanor is cold, calm and serious, but he is friendly to other SCPs, and only slightly friendly to others, telling others to leave his presence.

The Guardian of the Gate of Eden

He Who Made Dark is a recurring and overarching antagonist in the SCP Foundation series, he exists as an ancient deity who created the darkness and the archenemy of He-Who-Made-Light. He is equal to his enemy, and both of them are Boundless (Tier 0) in power. Both enemies exist as embodiments of light and dark. Both enemies have a harsh rivalry towards each other, but only He Who Made Dark is hateful to everything. And he was also the creator of the Scarlet Demon and Calamitous.

The One of Darkness

The Scarlet Demon is one of the overarching antagonists of the SCP Foundation series. He is a creation of swirling anomalies, of so many different times, all over the world. He is the memory of a world that is lost, the pre-modern world, made manifest in a form of hatred for modernity. His power is irrelevant layers above tiering, and he was made as a form of hate for all of reality. His only rival and equal is the True Protagonist Of Life, who is one person he cannot beat, surpass or overcome

The King who rose from the Bleeding

Yog Sothoth is the supreme being of the Cthulhu Mythos novels. Yog Sothoth is indescribable, ineffable, seen as the Supreme Archetype. The entirety of the Cthulhu Mythos novel is an infinitesimal portion of the Supreme Archetype's power. YOG SOTHOTH is infinite, beyond that. Nothing stands equivalent to it, nor nothing stands above it. Yog Sothoth is simply, supreme. A being that is considerably apophatic to the human mind.

The Absence is a mindless reality bender, once known as SCP 1915. The Absence has brought the end of the world upon itself and in the process, killed many infamous SCPs. No matter what the Foundation does, nothing seems to kill, stop, or even slow it down. They release several of the most powerful entities and alley with several GoIs to stop it, but even the GOC, tCotBG, God, and the DEER are unable to do anything, the absence leaving nothing but dust in its wake. It is a true threat to life.

Status Quo

SCP 001, The Supreme Author is known as the strongest entity in the SCP Foundation. He is known for basically creating all of the stories and entities in the SCP Foundation, including the SCP Gods such as SCP 2747, SCP 3812, Sefiros and Qlippoth. His power is so immense, it is beyond the concept of tiering, even beyond irrelevant layers into Boundless-ness. The Author is somewhat kind, but calm, collected, kind, a bit gentle, but if threatened, enraged or angered, menacing

SCP 001, The True Narrator

Baku Madarame, also known by the epithet as Usogui, is the main protagonist of Usogui. Known as a genius gambler, he is a legend among the underworld. He seems like a rather normal human, but his intellect is almost impossible. He reaches a super-genius level with almost incomprehensible IQ, and has a rather calm, cold, calculative, cunning and somewhat compassionate man, whose only 22 years old.

The SCP Foundation (Secure, Contain, Protect) is a foundation full of scientists, D Class and various MTF guards, that secure, contain and protect various anomalous entities, even scaling to Boundless level Gods. The scientist, Dr Desmet, is particularly unfazed by any fear of the entities, and will ask questions, or in simpler terms, study the anomalous entities. And despite his scary appearance, Dr Desmet is relatively calm, collective and slightly friendly, but also a bit menacing.

The Containment Zone.

Sefiros exists as the true creator of the SCP-Foundation. He lives as the wielder of all the essence that the SCP Foundation holds. His personality is cold, calm and menacing, and his voice sounds almost feminine, but it can be called a male. His power easily exists beyond the baseline of Boundless (Tier 0), and his power is far beyond imagination, even for a God. He only has one respected companion, that being his female friend, Qlippoth. Both boundless beings have created the SCP foundation.

The Creator of the entire SCP-Foundation.

The Swann Entities are known as the Authors, the entities that have written the stories of all SCPs and created the stories that lie within the narratives. SCP 001, Swann's Proposal, exist as all of the SCP 001 proposals combined. There are an infinite amount of Swann Entities, all sharing the same personality, being calm, kind and gentle, but very rarely, would they be slightly irritated. Their power is also irrelevant layers above Boundlessness.

The Writers, The Authors, The Ones Behind All

Mekhane, also known as the Broken Goddess or WAN, is an overarching benevolent or on-and-off figure in the SCP Foundation series, who is one of the many anomalies given the SCP 001 title. She is known for the creator of many god-like machines, and her power is boundless (Tier 0). She is also the creator of the Mechanical Void, and the central figure in the religion, "Mekhanism.". She is also calm, cold and rather harsh, only calm to those like Yaldabaoth and the Mekhanites

She who made Cash, Industry and Mind.

The Supreme Maker, also known as Father of Lights, was the creator of the Force as well as the powerful race known as the Celestials who had the power to create universes, the Maker was also beyond the Dimensional Borders. The Maker taught the Celestials wisdom, compassion, justice, and balance of power. The Maker is also considered as the ultimate omnipotent entity within the Star Wars Narrative, and was considered rather a calm god, rather than an arrogant one. 

The Father of Lights

SCP 404, or Yaldabaoth, is the Goddess of Flesh and Life. Her, and her companion/friend, Mekhane, were the two goddesses of Creation. They both are Boundless in power (Tier 0), and they share similar roles in the creation of the Universe. Yaldabaoth creating the Biology of life-forms, while Mekhane created the intelligence of it. Both Mekhane and Yaldabaoth. Like Mekhane, Yaldabaoth has her own religion, being "Sarkicism". Despite her power, she is calm, a bit kind, but also cold in attitude.

The CelesThe Celestial Child is known as a supreme being from the Hybrid Mage series. Almost nothing is known about her, except for her supreme power. Her power is described as irrelevant layers into boundless, as she transcends beyond concepts that are infinite layers into boundless (Tier 0). The Child has no real name, hence why nothing is known of her, but her personality is calm, cold but also a bit menacing. She has no real rivals, except for her enemies, Auren and Trollge, two hated people

The Celestine Spirit

A saber class servant, summoned by Ritsuka Fujimaru. She is an alternate personality of one known as "Shiki Ryougi". If Shiki Ryougi is the girl known as 「Shiki」, then this person is the woman known as「Shiki Ryougi」. The personality of the body itself, embodying 「 」 that represents the beginning. She slumbers within Shiki from her birth to her death. Shiki can't perceive 「Shiki Ryougi」, and 「Shiki Ryougi」 will never take Shiki's place. 

True Neutral - Embodiment of Void

Murphy Lawden, or SCP 3143, is an intrafictional construct in the form of a detective-like man. When his presence is within the narrative, he can flatten portions of reality and change it into a script-like narrative, allowing him to manipulate the narrative and changing it to his own will. His power is equal to Emma Hastings and SCP 040-JP. His only best friends are Emma Hastings and SCP-040-JP, both being an inaccessible layer into Boundless. His personality is calm and cold and calculating

The Intrafictional Construct

Robert Bumaro, is known as the Priestess of the Church of the Broken God, a faction within the SCP Foundation that worships Mekhane, the broken Goddess. For years, Bumaro has worked on the church, advancing it to be the most advanced place within all of existence, holding uncountably large technology, and being close as to contact their Goddess. Bumaro is usually calm, intimidating, cold and extremely intelligent, being the main source of all the technology.

Dr Alto Clef is one of the higher ranked SCP doctors, and an enigmatic scientist. He is known for being one of the more mysterious non O5 employees. Despite him being referred to as human, his power, because of the SCP Cosmology, easily reaches that of Boundlessness, or Tier 0 in Cosmology. He is also one of the main scientists that does not particularly fear any SCP anomaly, and his companions include Dr Bright, Dr Mary, Dr Desmet, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto, The O5 Council, and some SCPs

The Clear Light in Twin Peaks is just a colorful vacuum with no features, representing an overarching Oneness that's beyond God and its shadow self. 
The concept of the Clear Light transcends the conventional boundaries that distinguish between the divine and its shadow self. In this profound understanding, both entities emerge as complementary facets emanating from a singular state of Oneness. At the heart of this transcendental reality lies the naked, spotless intellect, a manifestation.

The Apophatic Entity.

The Void Emperor is a "hypothetical" person who bears concepts such as "most", "ultimate" or "primary." It sits in the void between reality and illusion, which is called the "delusional domain." It is also the absolute prototype for concept of divinity and "God" in the delusional domain. People are unable to name it and are only able to see it through the word "God", where it is the ultimate driving force behind everything. It is also the presenter of the outermost narrative.

Hypothetical God 

SCP-3812 is a Reality-Altering entity that was once Sam Howell, an African American man who was believed to have died in 1996. His power is stated to be High Outerversal+ (Tier 1-A) to Boundless (Tier 0), because of his immense power in terms of reality altering. He has a state called "Absolute Transcendence" which allows him to transcend beyond entities regardless of dimensionality. Despite this power, 3812 is relatively respectful, and compliant especially to other entities described as SCPs.

The Schizophrenic Reality-Alterer

The Weaver exists as an infinitely large spider, and has a Boundless level power, or in order words, Tier 0. She holds the order of Reality, Space, Time, Mathematics, Order and Logic. In her web, consists of infinite timelines, realities, narratives and structural cosmic concepts, and she exists as a nigh-omnipotent entity. Despite her immeasurable and immense power, she is calm, cold, cunning, but sometimes compassionate. She is known as the Grand Spider, or the mother of the Wyld

The Manifestation of Order, The Celestine Spirit.

Dr Mary Nakayama is one of the main doctors in the SCP Foundation. She is considered a rather calm and gentle researcher, different from the others, and because of the SCP Cosmology, she is considered boundless. She secretly holds a form called the Godhead Eternal, which grants her omniscience, omnipotence and omnipresence. Mary respects quite a few of her comrades, including Dr Desmet, Dr Clef, Dr Bright, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto, The O5 Council, and she also respects some SCPs.

The Administrator is a mysterious figure in the SCP Foundation, often believed to be the only person superior to the O5 Council and having deep involvement with the formation of The Foundation in general. The Administrator's nature is mysterious and unknown, and he is portrayed as the most powerful of the entire SCP Foundation's ranks, equivalent to the True Narrator. His only comrades are Dr Mary, Dr Desmet, Dr Bright, Dr Clef, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto, Dr Gears, Dr Iceberg and the O5 Council.

The Supreme Being of the SCP Foundation

Gaia is the Earth and related Realms, in both a physical and a spiritual sense; the Mother Goddess of all living things. Her power is only described as an irrelevant amount of layers into Boundlessness, perhaps even higher if some can comprehend it. As a goddess, she is held in a high status, as the mother of Earth. She is relatively calm, kind, soft, but if necessary, rather cruel.

SCP 035 is a major antagonist in the SCP Foundation series. A jester-like, Keter-class anomaly which once took the form of a possessive mask, but has become the servant of a higher power, known as the Hanged King. As due to the SCP Cosmology, SCP 035 is considered a Boundless entity, approximately immeasurable layers into boundless, and is rather a calm, cold, cruel, cunning, but sometimes, the slightest bit of compassion.
