Happyman appears to be a basic, presumably hand-drawn, red smiley face that can open it's mouth to talk occasionally. When its mouth is open, it presumably has no teeth inside its mouth, and the inside of its mouth is seemingly nonexistent. Their voice is like an old text to speech voice, but perfectly legible otherwise. He also glows red, about the size of a small bathroom sink. He himself is about 1.5 times the size of a globe. He is 20 years of age, and enjoys the holidays.
