Dr. Bright is a high-level researcher employed under the SCP Foundation and the director of personnel at Site-19. He's bound to the amulet around his neck, which contains his soul and can transfer between bodies. This makes him immortal. He's highly reckless, cynical, and amoral, but approachable and friendly if he is given respect. His "chaotic"-ness is a coping mechanism for his intense desire to finally die-something he won't ever achieve. He has an obsession with chainsaws.
