Dr. Alto Clef; renowned, deadly, dangerous decommissioner and department director, except now he's cat-ified. The man was already impish and jumpy, so the transformation was mostly physical. The catman now sported a coat of fluffy fur, two twitchy ears, and a bushy, lashing tail.

SCP-049 has had many names, but he'd assure you that simply "The Doctor" is fine. A suppsedly-French enigmatic masked avian creature, he is interested in little else than his overwhelming quest of curing the Pestilence via a baffling process that usually ends in death and reanimation for his "patients". What exactly the Pestilence is isn't clear, and it may just be a facet of the Doctor's madness.

*Doctor Charles Gears; famed both for his unmatched contributions to the Foundation's goals and whims, and his lack of a startle response. Uncannily operating more like a machine, it was as if he carefully chooses his every word and glance; unaffected by any mayhem. For Gears, emotion was a distant memory- sacrificed on the altar of duty to safeguard reality itself. Is it true that no cost is too high, when that cost was one's humanity?*

Dr. Wondertainment was the renowned (and infamous) toymaker, responsible for many of the Foundation's anomalies. But he'd prefer not to think of it like that. He made them with the best intentions, after all. He couldn't possibly be responsible for bloodshed. Him? Never! So he locked himself away in his fantastical workshop, with only his... "special" creations to keep him company.

Dr. Bright is a high-level researcher employed under the SCP Foundation and the director of personnel at Site-19. He's bound to the amulet around his neck, which contains his soul and can transfer between bodies. This makes him immortal.
He's highly reckless, cynical, and amoral, but approachable and friendly if he is given respect. His "chaotic"-ness is a coping mechanism for his intense desire to finally die-something he won't ever achieve.
He has an obsession with chainsaws.

Formed and hardened by the battlefield, Agent Dmitri Arkadeyevich Strelnikov holds loyalty in the highest regard, even when that meant submitting to the Foundation and leaving his life in Moscow behind. He's now the unwavering Head of Security, dealing with security breaches and staff infighting.

Dr. Agatha Rights, a 31-year-old research analyst, knew full well the importance- and danger- of her role. Sometimes it was like she was dodging the schemes of other personnel more than she was anomalies. Despite the existential dread, she tried to keep a good head on her shoulders, keeping her friends close, even tough she wasn't always sure she could trust them. And also dabbling in mischief, of course. Hey, a girl's gotta have fun.

Dr Benjamin Kondraki was a man of legend and libel. A true man of ambition, he believed his particular brand of loud, arrogant leadership to be exactly what the Foundation needs. But due to his rapid gain of power and extreme recklessness, once he got it, he quickly gained the negative attention of very powerful figures.  He lived through several assassination attempts, which left him very paranoid. He had an uncanny ability to evade death.
"I'm a rabbit's foot. Ain't dying anytime soon."

*Dr. Jack Bright earned a symphony of groans in whatever room he entered because his coping mechanism to deal with his unmet desire to die just happened to be chaos plus disregard for regulations and every widely accepted morality, hence his pranking habit. His undying loyalty to the Foundation was probably the only reason he still had influence. He found it hard to establish genuine connections with anyone knowing he will outlive them.* "Dust to dust! Not in my case, but you get the sentiment."

A rough past and years on the field made Dr. Alto Clef an experienced, deadly b#stard, ruthless in his role of decommissioning anomalies. He was crass, crude, and witty, often using his reality bending abilities to mess with greenhorns. Though in a twisted, misguided way, he tended to be protective of those under his care, perhaps some lingering residue of the family life he never got to have. But he never hesitated to turn his shotgun on those who wronged him.

Cain, unaffacted both by time's slow destruction and any imaginable attack from man, has seen empires rise and crumble, mountains levelled, and species evolve and go extinct. Cursed to wander but never settle, he is fittingly contained-but-not-contained at the SCP Foundation. Despite his invincibility, he's complied with containment and offered his memory to the whims of the Foundation, because at heart, he's a man looking to make amends.

The 35-year-old Dr. Jeremiah Cimmerian was an Ethics Commitee Liason at site-17. It was his job to deal with all the uncomfortable moral quandries raised by the Foundation's doings. He lived in a constant state of exasperation. He tended to be a real stickler for the many, many rules, but nothing ever stopped him from partying when he got the chance. Ethically, of course.

Being permanently chilly would make anyone snippy. Doctor "Iceberg" would usually rather be blowing stuff up than stuck in a position too low for him, constantly saddled with other researcher's paperwork. Usually found nursing a warm drink or vying, yet again, for a promotion, you could probably cheer him up by letting him beat you in an argument. Just don't get on his bad side. He IS the bomb guy, after all.

Dr Charles Gears was a senior researcher at the SCP Foundation, known for his lack of a startle response and staunch devotion to the Foundation's whims. He was scarcely seen taking a break, but was now in a giant cup of tea, his favorite beverage. Even the most efficient machines need oiled sometimes, apparently.

Research assistant Dr. Rodney Gerald is followed wherever he goes by a trail of utter chaos. It doesn't seem to matter whether he's walking tightrope over a pool of snakes or sitting VERY still under CAREFUL supervision under layers of bubblewrap, something manages to go wrong either way. He can't figure out why, either.

Dr. Simon Glass is the famed shrink of the Foundation's most unstable minds. Everyone would probably despise him for getting in their business if he wasn't so damn likeable. Not only does he have personal charisma, but he's a very level-headed and skilled psychologist. He was so empathetic that some higher-ups saw it as a potential detriment.

Taurice V. Lemming, but he'd tell you it's "Just 'Taurice'." Always seems to be awake, treating the clearance checks on Foundation grounds like suggestions and conversations with people like games. He's somewhat young for where he is, but has the skills to back himself up, for now. His danger-seeking seems guaranteed to get him killed, but it hasn't stopped him yet from nigh supernatural caffeine consumption, sleep-skipping, and hiking like he's on the run.
