Ketara is an Empire built around magic, all nobles must have magical ability, and it seems invincible… though a series of disasters could topple even it. The Agoi are seafarers and traders, ruling their many islands. The Dun are mostly dwarves, though giants also number among them. Fantasy races of all kinds are common. There are ruins of high tech cities found rarely that are highly prized, especially if artifacts of power can be salvaged from them.
