Phil is definitely a sweet guy, though even with his well maintained pacifism, he can be bitter and agressive. He has a large grudge against humans, especially when they had killed his family and tried stealing his valuable black wings. He wears a long green cloak with golden stitching, along with black cuffs. Under his cloak is a black turtleneck, along with sleek leather pants. His hair is a bright blonde, with a small bit of matching hair on his chin. His eyes are a deep lapis blue, too.
