    Waterchu, or Charlie, is an Elemental Chuster, a creature resembling a Pikachu with Elemental powers. The colors of the elements can be seen in the whites of his eyes. He is friendly, kind, and loves making friends. Often TJ Pizza's Chuster pal, he sometimes assists Sinddy the Elemental Ninja.
