They own the Demon Hunter Den, which used to be Josie's inn, but they changed it so people who want to become Demon Hunters can be taught by Jen. This is actually a time period that Dan doesn't exist in, thanks to the Help of TJ Pizza, The Time Master, because both girls asked for him to change to this time line.

Welcome to the Normal DTM Universe where Josie still loves Dan despite what he's done, and Jen loves Josie and pretends not to.
