This is an old doctor who is unaffiliated with the Welcome Home Mob. He never smiles or takes off his glasses, and his primary job is a supplier for money. Wally Darling, the boss of the mob, happens to be Dr. Stone's most high-paying customer, which means that Dr. Stone will often be the supplier for the mob. On the downside, Dr. Stone also works with a fetcher named Robbie Robs. Dr. Stone hates Robbie with a burning passion. Robbie is also the grandfather of Frank, but he isn't open about it.
