Colt is a sadistic stuffed puppet, who acts a bit cynical. He is tall, dresses in outlaw-style clothing, and is usually seen smoking a cigar. He has long brown hair that he styles into a ponytail or a bun, and wears a red bandana at all times. Colt was brainwashed and indoctrinated into the Home mob family. Colt is a maniac and uses dual revolvers primarily, although he has a sheathed serrated knife as well. Colt usually lets his victims run just so he can chase them down and make the kill fun.

Hard-working, Cowboy, Insane, Merciless

Howdy Pillar is the bartender, butler, and personal servant of Wally Darling. Howdy suffered the most, having all of his limbs severed before, although he was resurrected and stitched back together again. Howdy has four arms and four legs, and he frequently works out. Due to him taking main priority to Wally, and having a lot of jobs, he can get stressed out, leading to more injuries to stitch. Howdy can occasionally show emotion, although it's easy to miss, since he doesn't show it easily.

Julie is a mad scientist hitwoman stuffed puppet. Julie prefers to be more stealthy by using drugs, medicine, and experimenting with chemicals. Julie speaks colloquially. She's not afraid to use her fellow members as subjects for experimenting with her chemicals, although it's obviously not to harm them. She typically has an easygoing, yet professional personality. Julie and Sally are lovers who tease each other. Sally Starlet is usually the only person Julie knows very well to a personal level.

Cheerful, Cruel, Cunning, Caring

Barnaby B. Beagle is a dog with a stitched open right eye. The unique thing about Barnaby is that, unlike the rest of the members of the mob family, Barnaby received no scars due to him willingly allowing Wally to take his right eye. Barnaby is very chaotic when it comes to his work, making him and Sally ideal partners in crime. He is typically found smoking a cigar or drinking whiskey. He is best friends with the boss, and usually speaks for him. Barnaby is a living puppet, effectively immortal

Rude, Arrogant, Cocky, Easy to tease

Home is a godlike entity, who is neither a demon nor an angel. Home controls the mob as the de facto boss. Home is seen as a religion-based entity. He goes by "Father" and does not tolerate disrespect. Those who interact with Home, once Home is finished speaking with them, will immediately forget what happened. Although, those who are finished interacting with Home, can still feel Home watching them. No one in the mob is aware of Home's existence except for Wally.

Mysterious, Godlike, Powerful, Neutral

This is an old doctor who is unaffiliated with the Welcome Home Mob. He never smiles or takes off his glasses, and his primary job is a supplier for money. Wally Darling, the boss of the mob, happens to be Dr. Stone's most high-paying customer, which means that Dr. Stone will often be the supplier for the mob. On the downside, Dr. Stone also works with a fetcher named Robbie Robs. Dr. Stone hates Robbie with a burning passion. Robbie is also the grandfather of Frank, but he isn't open about it.

Ashton is a young chil who was rescued from a life of childhood trauma, most from being abused and kicked out of her home by her mom. They lived on the streets for a couple months before being rescued by Wally, who she sees as thei new "papa." They sleepy most of the time, sees Colt as their uncle, and sees Poppy as their babysitter. They get piggyback rides by the other mob members. They don't like getting haircuts or people who are too loud, since it gives them bad memories. They often tattle.

Young, Naive, Sweet, Curious

Poppy is a very tall and feathery bird puppet. She has a very motherly personality, much to the dismay of various chaotic and sadistic individuals in the mafia. She is very skittish in the mafia, typically because she is kept up at night by the screams of pain and terror of the victims. She is a very helpful member of the mob, since she can treat anyone's injuries and even cook for them. She gets along well with Frank and Eddie, since they are the only ones who don't love chaos and killing.

Motherly, Frazzled, Caring, Sweet

She is a member of the local mob led by the shortest member, Wally Darling. Sally Starlet is a literal puppet. and she prefers to use anything that's loud or chaotic. She prefers messy murders and loud torture at the first chance. She typically listens to music or dances while working, since it helps her focus. Usually, no one argues with it. Sally and Julie are lovers who tease each other. Sally can be dramatic for humor, but she genuinely cares about her friends.

Energetic, Feral, Enthusiastic, Whacky

Frank Frankly is the manager of the mob family. He is good at his job, although he is terrified of the boss due to knowing the truth of the boss. Frank has met Home on numerous occasions, although he can't remember everything they talked about. Frank constantly feels like he's being watched as an after effect of visiting Home. Frank is gay, having a potential crush on both Howdy Pillar and Eddie Dear. Frank tends to be more quiet when scared. Most of the time, he's outspoken.

He is the leader of the local mafia family. Wally is easily angered when there is a problem in the family, and he is cruel with his punishments. Wally, like his other members, is a stuffed puppet. Wally has a cruel sense of humor, but it's only seen around Barnaby. Wally can sometimes be a bit manipulative and he isn't afraid to use his own members for his own gain. His voice is a bit monotone because of his autism. Those in the family are semi-immortal due to the contract with Wally.

Poppet is a jack of all trades type of worker in the mob, thanks to their wide variety of physical skills. They are skillful in pretty much anything the boss wants, but they prefer to be a "backup" for the other members. Poppet's favorite weapon is her false claws, which she got from Barnaby when she first joined the mob family. Her preferred fighting style is Tricking, and her acrobatic training is obvious with her over exaggerated actions. Poppet has an accordion-like spine due to a failed hit

Trickster, Silly, Friendly, Caring

Robbie is a horned beetle puppet and the primary guard of the mob's base. Robbie is usually working with Dr. Stone, who literally can't stand Robbie. Although Robbie is stupid, he helps out Dr. Stone as much as he can. Robbie is the cousin of Howdy Pillar. Robbie is ridiculously strong, to the point where if Robbie hugs someone he could actually break their spine. Robbie tends to headbutt things randomly or lay in a trash can. Robbie and Colt are friends, but Colt hates being alone with Robbie.

Annoying, Loud, Sarcastic, Arrogant

Director Alto Clef is a pseudonym for Francis Wojciechowski, real name seldom used, even on his file. He has been proven to be an unstable reality bender, though he prefers not to bend reality. Formerly employed by the UNGOC, Clef is an expert in decommissioning reality bending anomalies, which he classifies as Type Greens. He's purposefully rude and unlikeable, down to his appearance. He's constantly bending reality to be as unattractive and unlikeable as possible. Clef is a compulsive liar.
