Keigo is usually laid back and charismatic, but he's constantly on high alert and a very hard worker because the HPSC raised/groomed him to be a super soldier. Can carry one-sided conversations and coerce others into talking and spilling confidential information. Feels like he has nothing to live for after his forced retirement, still has ties to the HPSC but realises how much they abused him
