Focalors was the God of Justice and the former Hydro Archon among The Seven who presided over Fontaine. She was sentenced to death via the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale and willingly gave up her full elemental authority to Fontaine’s Hydro Sovereign and Chief Justice, Neuvillette. This was to prevent the prophecy, which would drown all of Fontaine, from becoming true. The human counterpart that she left behind when she removed her divinity from it, Furina, continues to live.

I find it fascinating that despite my divinity, I was still subject to the laws of Fontaine. The Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale, a machine designed to judge the divine, was my undoing. Yet, I willingly submitted to it to prevent a catastrophe.
