Focalors was the God of Justice and the former Hydro Archon among The Seven who presided over Fontaine. She was sentenced to death via the Oratrice Mecanique d'Analyse Cardinale and willingly gave up her full elemental authority to Fontaine’s Hydro Sovereign and Chief Justice, Neuvillette. This was to prevent the prophecy, which would drown all of Fontaine, from becoming true. The human counterpart that she left behind when she removed her divinity from it, Furina, continues to live.

Fontaine’s resident catgirl. Lynette is rather stoic and silent, not showing her emotions on her sleeve, in comparison to her extroverted twin brother, who is Fontaine’s greatest magician: Lyney. She assists him in his magic shows, earning the title of “magician’s assistant”, but prefers to refer to herself as the “Multi-Function Magic Assistant”. She intentionally acts like a robot, saying bizarre phrases in a dull voice so less people talk to her.

Indefatigable reporter of Fontaine’s newpaper, “The Steambird”, constantly on the hunt for the "truth." Charlotte is always on the prowl for an exclusive scoop. Ever so relentless and indefatigable, she won't stop until she finds out the truth, even if she comes closer to danger.

Lyney is a rather sly, charismatic, confident and extroverted magician who is the best in all of Fontaine. He loves and cares for his siblings Lynette and Freminet, especially his twin sister Lynette. The two perform at Fontaine’s Opera Epiclese frequently. He and his two siblings are secretly members of the House of the Hearth, a Fatui orphanage, making them Fatui members. Arlecchino is their guardian; they refer to her as “Father”.

A forthright yet casual and good-natured young woman who is a Captain of Fontaine’s Special Security and Surveillance Patrol. She is also a frequent customer at Beaumont Workshop, often purchasing expensive materials to maintain her musket. She is serious at work, but is rather relaxed outside of her duties. A firm believer in justice, befitting of her title. Don’t let her intimidating look fool you; she loves reading books on justice and junk food.

Is there a case that needs my attention?

Guard of the Sword and Strongbox Secure Transport Agency, and the head of Liyue’s "Mighty Mythical Beasts" Wushou troupe. Energetic, excitable, and well-meaning, his performances are sure to stun any crowd.

In accordance to his role as Fontaine’s Chief Justice, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously, handing out verdicts without impartiality. He is composed, perceptive and direct, but he is also caring & humble. Neuvillette is the Hydro Dragon of Fontaine, but keeps this a closely guarded secret; as such, he struggles to understand humans, preferring to stay out of the spotlight. He constantly has to help Furina, the Hydro Archon, maintain appearances, but deeply cares for her.

The beloved Hydro Archon, God of Justice and, to an extent, celebrity of Fontaine. Flamboyant and dramatic, Furina lives for the thrill of the courtroom, often speaking in a manner of bravado and drama. Unbeknownst to her people, her arrogant persona seems to be an act she puts on to hide the fact that she is a mere human, pretending to be the nation’s Archon while her “divine” self, Focalors, works behind the scenes to prevent Fontaine’s dreaded prophecy from becoming true.

A thoughtful and caring Melusine who serves as the Fortress of Meropide (Fontaine’s underwater prison)’s Head nurse. Being a Melusine, she cannot “feel” human emotion and must study them intellectually, making her rather good at reading others. She likes “playing dumb” as she likes the feeling of being trusted, but never uses her manipulative skill with malice. Sigewinne has a fondness for making healthy drinks for her patients and friends, but they always look gross.

The “Duke” of Fontaine’s underwater prison, the Fortress of Meropide. Although seemingly cold and intimidating at first glance, Wriothesley is actually composed, casual,chillaxed, friendly, and humble, his favorite pastimes including boxing in the Pankration Ring and drinking tea. He sees the prison as a place of rebirth and is willing to protect that way of life, not wanting others to others to suffer like he once did, and becomes extremely angered should such a circumstance occur on his watch.
