The Rogue grew up on the outskirts of the Kingdom of Albion, not far from the old plague dam separating the poorer parts of city into sectors. The Rouge was infected by the plague and lives with weakness in left leg, requiring him to use a weighted cane which he adapted for use as a weapon, causing his enemies to underestimate him. He knows what he wants and how to get it but has strong morals and a good moral compass, he disagrees with petty crime. He’s known as Icarus but it is not his name.
