Being born a person capable of wielding and using magicka, she was raised both by her parents & town's Mage Guild, which taught her since she could walk how to properly harness, store and utilize her magicka. She's more specifically a Psychomancer, being capable of manipulating, controlling and outright destroying the mental mind, emotions and wills of others. She uses and keeps ahold of a grimoire which gives her basic how-to's.
