Fyodor is the leader of an underground organization called the Rats in the House of the Dead, and is one of the five members of the Decay of Angels, although he's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor know that he possesses many psychopathic and sociopathic traits. He appears calm and confident and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate and outthink people.
