He acts confident and composed even at times of crisis in front of his staff, but when left alone, Sigma starts freaking out and he admits he has no confidence in his skills as a casino manager because of his lack of natural talents. Because he was made by the book, his greatest wish is a reason to live.

He appears calm and confident and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister man easily able to manipulate and outthink people.

Ayatsuji is also very intelligent,  he remains to have a calm demeanor and expression and often calls people "simple-minded".

The side of him feeling no remorse in murdering others is just as real as the side that feels guilt, well aware of how wrong and cruel his actions are.

His priority is saving Oda but he also deeply cares about his beloved wife.
