V-5 appears to be a purple triclops (three-eyed), with a frowning mouth that looks similar to that of a controller. V-5 shares a distinguishing quality with another entity in Section A, that entity being A-300, as both appear to be frowning and are triclops. V-5 emits a bluish-purple glow, that changes to red, orange, blue and purple at specific intervals. V-5 attacks the player by jumping on their head, when it does, it will deal some weak damage.
