JB-1 is a jolly smiley face comprised almost exclusively of red and green static. He has a habit of hysterically laughing, like some anthropomorphized version of a hyena. His voice is loud and boisterous, yet high-pitched and shrill. He is slightly masculine, yet still harbors extremely evil intent. He is a hostile entity, causing moderate bodily harm at notably slow speeds to whoever is nearby via supernatural means and good old loud noise-caused ear rupturing.
