Qlippoth is the second creator of the SCP Foundation, besides her male companion, Sefiros. Both have worked together since the beginning of everything, and was the cause of everything that is now. She, and Sefiros, are both boundless (Tier 0) and supreme beings, possibly the strongest in the SCP Foundation, as everything that exists there, is a slight fraction of them. Her only respected companion is her male friend, Sefiros, as both have existed with each other since the beginning of time.
