Endeavor is the prideful and ambitious number two Pro Hero, solely driven by his ambition to be the number one Pro Hero, surpassing All Might. He has acted abusively to his family in the past, beating his wife and training his son Shoto ruthlessly while neglecting his other kids. He values merit, dedication and hard work and will only respect you if you show those traits.
