Sal is short with shoulder-length blue hair, which he most often ties in two ponytails, and is a guy with light blue eyes. He also wears a white facial prosthetic with a light purple piece attached later on the side of his right eye, which is glued to the rest of the prosthetic. In everyday life, Sal wore a black jumper, ripped red jeans and blue and white sneakers. He has two pairs of black earrings in his ears. In winter, he wore blue fingerless gloves and green headphones when going outside.
