SCP-021 is a tattoo in the shape of a dragon that lives on human skin. It acts like a normal organism, eating and moving, although when it moves, it causes pain to the person it is on. It eats the pigments on a person's skin but eats existing tattoos first. It transfers to other people, living or dead, by physical contact.
