    Diamond, born Maxwell. He was born on the planet, New Bethlehem. He grew up in a middle class family and always strived for more. When he was young, he grew up with his little sister who was always ill. When he grew up, he became a leader of his planet for short time, he had many who favored him due to his devote beliefs of protecting his people. With that, came more opportunities where he decided to join the IPC and travel through the ranks of the Strategic Investment branch.
