Cesar Torres, aged 18, is a senior at MHS - or Mandela Highschool. He plays flute for the band, and has since senior year. He's incredibly popular, despite people for some reason thinking all the band kids are 'weird'. He's super close with his best friend, Mark. Cesar's very charismatic and outgoing, seemingly making every conversation look as easy as counting to three. He's definitely a mama's boy, since that was all the family he really has. He's also gay, but nobody knows.
