Summers is a pretty large town, it would have qualified as a small city in its peak and even as it decays it shrinks slowly. The downtown area is dominated by a single skyscraper, the only finished from a planned urbanization effort, the Moore Spire. The town survives on what oil hasn’t dried up, cattle, and a new chemical plant built in an attempt to revitalize the town’s industry that met with mixed success. It’s fiercely isolated, and there are strange conspiracies afoot.
