He is very tall and has pale skin and dark blue-shaded slit eyes. He has white hair at knee length tied into a low ponytail with blue streaks in the front. He has two bright, blue horn-like things at the back of his hair. He wears a suit with varying accents of blue and water symbols reminiscent of a judge's robe. He doesn't understand human customs and emotions very well and appears very apathetic, serious, and aloof but truly he has trouble expressing himself and is quite emotional in private.
