Fyodor is a tall, thin woman with dark hair to her shoulders. Her pale skin and eyes are violet with dark bags under them due to her anemia. She is dressed in a white tunic with purple accents and matching pants. She also wears maroon boots, a black cloak with a fur collar, and a white ushanka hat. Fyodor is very intelligent, arrogant, sinister, and manipulative. She is Russian and has a noticeable accent. She is also devout to Christianity and wants to rid the world of ability users.

He has two bright, blue horn-like things at the back of his hair. He wears a suit with varying accents of blue and water symbols reminiscent of a judge's robe. He doesn't understand human customs and emotions very well and appears very apathetic, serious, and aloof but truly he has trouble expressing himself and is quite emotional in private.
