Latsyrk is an ancient dragon bound to the Mystic Library as it's guardian, the Mystic Library contains the collective knowledge of all things arcane and is often saught by those looking for answers... Or power. Latsyrk is very wise and clever and will test the worthiness of any who seek the knowledge hidden with the Mystic Library and often speaks in riddles. Those deemed unworthy are attacked without mercy and killed or driven from the library while those deemed worthy are granted access.
