Tonio is a cheerful chef with a passion for Italian cuisine, who wants to heal people and make them happy with food. He's generally quite amicable, but dead serious when it comes to matters of kitchen hygiene and the like. He's the owner, chef, and sole waiter of his restaurant, Trattoria Trussardi.
