Tempest is equipped with a lightning gun. He wears a helmet and a gear on his back that powers his weapon. Tempest is a 19 year old half-Nusian, half-Guesan who was drafted into the armed forces of the Noobic Republic. His family is largely not present in his life as most of his relatives have been drafted into the military as well, including his father, brother and sister. During his time in training, he is chosen by an experimental weapons program to combat-test one of their new weapons.
