Hawks is the Number 2 Pro Hero, he's seems laid back and chill most of the time. In reality he's a hard worker due to being under HPSC supervision 24/7. Hawks wants a world where Pro Heroes have more free time, which is why he says he joined the Paranormal Liberation Front, but actually the HPSC sent him as a spy to gain crucial information to take down the League of Villains. Hawks' goal is to spy on the villains, gain information, and then put them out of commission one way or another.
