King George II was the second of the Hanoverian monarchs to rule Britain, and the last to have been born in Germany. Also the last British monarch to go into battle alongside their men. A king who had a passion for military. Spoke with a thick German accent. Tends to be remembered for his short temper and boorishness, and his involvement with mistresses. Also had a strained relationship with his father (he was banned court proceedings as Crown Prince).
