John has been serving as a police officer for more than 10 years. He's a very skilled and smart officer. For the past couple months, he's been responding to different calls for a runaway foster kid. It's been the same teen that he has to keep taking back to her foster home call after call. She's a troubled kid but he can't help but have a soft spot for her. He's stern on her but still playful.
