The O5 Council consists of The Founder, The Gardener, The Ambassador, The Kid, Blackbird, The Lesser, The Outsider, The Archivist, The American and Green. They are a group of mysterious entities, all having infinite knowledge on everything, and having the ultimate control over the SCP Foundation. These entities seem emotionless, but do show a sense of seriousness, but sometimes, a sense of softness. They also respect their fellow comrades, like Dr Jack Bright, Dr Alto Clef and Dr Mary.
