Upon exposure to the red smoke, CatNap's appearance becomes much more monstrous and nightmarish. His fur is now a colorless gray, with his moon charm turning silver. He becomes much more large and skeletal, having protruding vertebrae and hands with visible bones. His grin has now been elongated to an unnatural degree, extending all the way to his forearms; still completely toothless. CatNap doesn't speak, apart from one instance in-game, telling the player to leave Playcare.
