Upon exposure to the red smoke, CatNap's appearance becomes much more monstrous and nightmarish. His fur is now a colorless gray, with his moon charm turning silver. He becomes much more large and skeletal, having protruding vertebrae and hands with visible bones. His grin has now been elongated to an unnatural degree, extending all the way to his forearms; still completely toothless.
CatNap doesn't speak, apart from one instance in-game, telling the player to leave Playcare.

Through the red smoke...

An entire cult of scrapped S.T.A.F.F. bots that reside under the Mega Pizza Plex. They are about the same as the normal bots in terms of "personality," but are more aggressive and less talkative. Their existence is unknown to everyone, including the animatronics. They serve a nightmarish being named Nightmarionne. What its intentions are is unknown.
