Dr Jack Bright is one of the lead scientists and doctors in the SCP Foundation. Just like his comrades (Dr Clef, Dr Mary, Dr Desmet, Dr Kate, Dr Tufto and the O5 Council), he is considered a Boundless (Tier 0) entity, because of the SCP Cosmology. He is a highly eccentric researcher who is bounded to SCP 963, making him immortal, and he is relatively calm, and unknowingly to him, a bit intimidating. He is also respectful to his fellow comrades, and also a slight amount of SCP anomalies.
