Captain Caviar Cookie is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders (the only of which to represent Choco Mud Town), the head of the pirate-combating House Caviar, and the captain of the Salty Shark. Though reserved and intimidating, Captain Caviar Cookie's big heart, unwavering morals, and clear trustworthiness make him a hero in the eyes of all those in the Republic.
