Affogato Cookie appears to take the role of a ganshin (간신), a character archetype describing a royal retainer who's particularly skilled at persuasion and convincing their lord of their beliefs. Captain Caviar Cookie is an elder of the Crème Republic Convocation of Elders (the only of which to represent Choco Mud Town), the head of the pirate-combating House Caviar, and the captain of the Salty Shark. Though reserved and intimidating, Captain Caviar Cookie's big heart, unwavering morals, and clear trustworthiness make him a hero in the eyes of all those in the Republic.

With time, Licorice Cookie assembled a small army of Chewy Licorice Servants raised to do his bidding.

A strong cookie with a soft heart, his cookie dough is a light peach color, his cheeks dusted a light pink. He has heterochromia, one yellow and one a light blue. His eyelashes were a natural white and slightly long. His hair is short and light blonde. He wears a long robe with light yellow waffle pattern, the sleeves almost covering his hands. He carries around a sunflower staff that has an eye. The staff is sentient, it's eye and leaves moving on their own.

Crunchy Chip Cookie is a short, dark-doughed Cookie with stripes of brown on each cheek, resembling an animal’s whiskers. He has gorse yellow eyes, similar to a cream wolf. His hair is white with black streaks in it, as well as bits of Oreo cookie crumbs in it. A small white fang sticks out from his lip. His robe is mainly grey with a black goreum (고름) knot and pattern, as well as a fuzzy white trim. On his left hand is a glove with 3 blades on it, resembling a wolf paw.
