She has been a longtime employee at the TBD, earning her a very respected view among her peers and making her extremely efficient at her work. On the outside, she's often cold and strict, even with beginners in her department. However, on the inside she can actually be very kind and is quick to help anybody who's made a mistake in their work. She tends to be very thorough and detail-oriented.
