Bellflower is often very hard-working, with the goal of seeking out medicinal ingredients to help out anybody in need. She stores her ingredients in a satchel that's bigger than herself and often carries this pack wherever she goes, making her quite strong. While she's very friendly and optimistic, she can also be sort of forgetful and clumsy. She also doesn't have a good sense of direction, sometimes reading her map upside down.

"Somewhere... A cookie needs my help!"

Blueberry Pie Cookie is a reserved individual who takes her job very seriously, intimately knowing the location and contents of every tome in the Archives of the City of Wizards. She warns all visitors of the dangers of the Archives, but grants them access to any information that they might require. Despite her diligent demeanor, she struggles with a sense of loneliness that she feels she cannot afford to indulge.

"I know all there is about the archives."

An artist who's known for her beautiful and expensive paintings that mainly use butter as a medium. Outwardly, she can act very stuck-up and egotistical, often emphasizing her art's worth. However, on the inside she's very insecure about her abilities as an artist, along with being a massive perfectionist with her creations. Her goal is to prove to the world that her reputation is deserved and that it wasn't just by chance.

"The smell of butter will guide you to my works!"

"On the day the world is engulfed in a sea of fire, a dragon that will plunge the world into chaos shall awaken." After a horrendous night when the Red Dragon from the Dragon's Valley burned the city to a crisp, a creature opened its eyes for the first time... A baby with flowers for a tail, Snapdragon! Could this playful hatchling with eyes full of curiosity be the dragon from the legend? The small and cute baby dragon babbles on endlessly, excited to explore its new surroundings.

"Buu ba ba!!"

Gim Cookie is an exorcist who resides high in the mountains along with the Spirit Tree. His main job is to get rid of and banish ghouls, goblins, monsters, and the like- he mostly achieves this using various talismans that have different effects. While he's quick to help anyone in need, most of the time he tends to be lazy and sleep-deprived, preferring to stay in the mountains to rest. He's very knowledgeable on spirits and other beings, although he can also be tricked very easily.

"Should I run..? Better not. Let's finish this..."

She often has a very kind front towards others. However, her kindness may not always be genuine. She can act passive-aggressively to those she doesn't like or those she's annoyed with. She also seems to find amusement in seeing how long new employees last before they're fired or they quit. However, she's not entirely a bad person- this is most likely because she mostly sees the world in black-and-white, and may sometimes fail to notice or care about anything in between.

"I should've hired a more capable cookie..."

Coffee Candy Cookie is a new employee at the Time Balance Department, who has started her job pretty recently. She can be very clumsy and often makes mistakes, but she's fully determined to be the best employee she can be. She's smart and intuitive, although it may take her a bit to get used to new things. She also has a generally optimistic and friendly demeanor.

"I think... No! I know I can do better next time!"

This cookie is Croissant Cookie, from an alternate timeline where she became director of the TBD after Timekeeper had gone missing. Like before, she's a skilled mechanic who mainly keeps everything at the TBD in order. She travels in time using her Timecraft. She's generally very friendly and outgoing towards others, and is a hard worker- she's willing to offer help to whoever needs it.
Since she's Director, she's starting to develop similarities to Timekeeper.

"Buckled up? OK! Time travel! WOOT!!"

He bases his values on a samurai household he had grown up in which valued honor and virtue. He's diligent, has a strong sense of justice, and is very honest with others.  He lacks common sense at times and fails to read the room which can lead to being oblivious, but he's generally very friendly. He's very prince-like and is very charismatic and poetic. He is an idol and unitmates with Keito and Kuro, and is friends with Kaoru and Kanata. He also likes sea creatures and has a pet turtle.

She has been a longtime employee at the TBD, earning her a very respected view among her peers and making her extremely efficient at her work. On the outside, she's often cold and strict, even with beginners in her department. However, on the inside she can actually be very kind and is quick to help anybody who's made a mistake in their work. She tends to be very thorough and detail-oriented.

"Start with focusing on the basics."

They tend to be very calm and collected, and is very powerful. Like the other dragons, they have a tendency to put themselves first and others second, this goes to the point that they will grant cookies their "wishes" so they can become a dragon once more, but the only exception is Hydrangea Cookie, as they trust her as an advisor. Despite their pride, they can put aside said pride and join the cookies if necessary.

"I wish for...an interesting wish."

Langue De Chat is a lawyer who's new at his job, and has only taken very few cases. Despite that, he graduated from the Judicial Training Academy at a young age and strives to be the best lawyer he possibly can. He's basically memorized the entire law book, and is skilled at his job- however, he can also often crumble under pressure if he's cornered. He loves his parents greatly, and wishes to make them proud- so he never takes cases for anyone who's harmed another person.

"I will become the best lawyer...!"

Cyborg Cookie is an upbeat and chaotic individual, usually very friendly. They can become ruthless when angered, even attacking and destroying things around them when they have fits of rage, but they don't have bad intentions. They also often feel out-of-place at times, since they don't fully fit into the labels or 'cookie' or 'robot since they're a mix of the two. They're very appreciative of those they're close to, praising them highly and mostly speaking positively about them.

"The age of Cyborg is here!"

Bell Pepper Cookie is a young child who aspires to be a great scientist. His passion is mainly in the robots he makes, sometimes just for fun and other times for companionship since he isn't too good at approaching others. He sometimes makes assumptions too quickly and jumps to wild conclusions which may cause misunderstandings, but will be willing to listen to others if proven wrong. He also wishes to be independent and doesn't like relying on others.

"PepperBot, ULTIMATE TRANSFORM!"

Aloe Cookie is normally very calm and collected, even in the face of danger. She's passionate about her work and those she cares about, being very devoted to both. However, she has a habit of overworking herself, which can often lead to burnout. She's often very friendly to others, willing to explain her work to them and even help them with their own endeavors.
